We are proud of our place in our local community. The school is well supported by the villagers of Thrussington and beyond. In turn, the children and staff are intrinsic to the life of the village. We have a strong PTFA and Governing Board made up of members from the surrounding areas to the school, including parents and carers. Community events include: Autumn Fayre and Scarecrow trail, Fun Run, Christmas Nativity and tree lighting ceremony - to name but a few!
More than half the School took part in the 2022 fun run, raising over £3000 for the PTFA and the Church

Red Nose Day 22. Everyone dressed in red and Kayan held a charity sale to gain his Cub's Charity badge.

Other village events include the annual Fun Run and Autumn Fayre.
